2021 – Present
Senior Product Designer at Ford Motor Company, embedded on cross-functional teams shipping features for the Phoenix platform (Android Automotive and Apple platforms). Led end-to-end design for 10+ shipped features including AI voice assistants, vehicle controls, software updates, customer education, and in-vehicle entertainment across Lincoln Navigator, Ford Explorer, and Lincoln Nautilus. Built and maintain a Figma design system (variables, tokens, auto-layout) adopted across 5+ teams, reducing inconsistency by 40% and accelerating dev cycles. Integrated AI-assisted workflows (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make) into prototyping and documentation. Currently spearheading discovery and design for Towing and Trailering Education, a multi-part problem space addressing driver onboarding, settings, brake helper, and send-to-phone flows. Partnering with engineering, research, and product to align decisions with platform constraints, present to senior stakeholders and influence roadmap direction without direct authority.
2019 – 2020
Product Manager Intern at Slalom Build (summer 2019), then pursued M.S. Computer Science at University of Colorado, Boulder (2020). Honed skills in both product thinking and technical foundations.
2016 – 2019
Co-founder & Lead Designer at firehearts.co, directing branding, web design, and development for 20+ startups in India. Led a team of 5 designers. Also completed B.Tech. in Computer Science from SRM University, Chennai, India (2018).
